Robert "Bobby" S. Herrin, Sr., 51, of Sandusky, passed away on Friday morning, February 8, 2013 in Stein Hospice Care Center after a lengthy illness.
He was born on July 15, 1961 in Sandusky to the late Clyde, Sr. and Gloria (Federkiel) Herrin. Bobby was a 1979 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Xenia, Ohio. He worked for the Demore family since graduating from school.
He loved fishing, Cleveland sports, his dogs, Sasha and Coco, and getting together with his family and friends, especially seeing his nieces and nephews.
Bobby is survived by his daughter, Amy Herrin, and son, Robert Herrin, Jr., both of Sandusky; siblings, Debbie Jones-Herrin, Clyde "Buddy" Herrin, Jr., Michael Herrin, and Jody (Bruce) Segee, all of Sandusky, Craig (Kathie) Herrin, of Huron, Kevin (Donna) Herrin, and Scott Herrin, both of Sandusky; aunt, Naomi Federkiel, of Norwalk; partner for 25 years, Cora "Pauline" Coffee, of Sandusky; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncle, Paul Federkiel.
